Ashra TechnologyWarehouse Inventory Control Clerk I Location: Tempe, AZ | Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days/Week Experience: Relevant warehouse/inventory/procurement experience preferred Manage purchase orders and coordinate the timely procurement of materials and supplies. Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure materials arrive on schedule. Monitor inventory levels of maintenance and operational supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock level management. Assist maintenance teams in forecasting material, tool, and equipment requirements. Support procurement activities while following company purchasing procedures and standards. Assist with facility service contracts, including HVAC, janitorial, and equipment repair services. Prepare reports on purchasing, inventory, costs, and vendor performance. Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse, procurement, facilities, and compliance. Work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Arizona time, with flexibility for varied hours and overtime.
