Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk

Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of critical materials Assist with monitoring inventory of maintenance and operational supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and compliance with purchasing procedures. Assist maintenance teams to forecast material and tool needs for preventive maintenance while maintaining regulatory and company standards. Assist in managing contracts for facility services, such as HVAC, janitorial, and equipment repairs, ensuring all agreements align with company policies. Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance for management review and audit purposes.
