Warehouse & Inventory Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Conduct inventory control activities such as stock counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation using inventory management software and warehouse management systems Manage shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate order picking and packing for timely dispatch Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Assist in warehouse distribution tasks such as order fulfillment, order picking, loading/unloading trucks, and packaging products for shipment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations while adhering to safety regulations and company policies Skills Experience operating equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory management, and logistics procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order accuracy Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring materials, and verifying quantities accurately Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members on shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks Technical proficiency in operating material handling equipment safely while following all safety regulations Join us as a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
