Warehouse/Installer

Overview We are seeking a versatile and hardworking Installer & Warehouse Worker to join our team. This hybrid role combines installation responsibilities with warehouse operations, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient product handling, storage, and installation while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform product installations according to company specifications and safety guidelines. Utilize tools and warehouse equipment effectively. Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety. Fabricate packaging materials as required for various products. Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill demand. Maintain an organized and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting shipments, ensuring proper handling of all products. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in installation, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with using installation and warehouse tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience operating reach trucks or cranes is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive approach to teamwork and efficiency. Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
