Warehouse Helper
NISHAN TRANSPORT INC.Job Summary The Warehouse Helper supports warehouse distribution by moving materials, preparing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This hands-on role helps keep products flowing safely and accurately through daily operations. Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders using an order picker and warehouse management system, checking items and quantities for accuracy. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; assist with shipping and receiving tasks and organize materials for distribution. Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment as assigned, following safe handling procedures. Perform heavy lifting and support equipment and material handling tasks using practical mechanical knowledge. Your impact: Accurate order preparation and timely material movement help colleagues fulfill shipments and keep warehouse operations organized. Qualifications Required: Practical ability to perform heavy lifting, load and unload materials, and follow safe procedures while handling orders and equipment. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including order picking, warehouse management systems, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and operation of order pickers, forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment; mechanical knowledge and construction experience are also helpful. Pay: $17.95-$24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
