Shipping and Receiving

Job Overview As a Shipping and Receiving team member, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, checking, storing, and shipping products accurately. You’ll use inventory management software, a warehouse management system (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to track goods and support order fulfillment. This hands-on role connects warehouse distribution with dependable shipping logistics and customer service. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $21 HR Must be able to lift heavy items cause your dealing with metal but must know how to process shipping/receiving into the system. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; load and unload goods and report discrepancies. Pick, pack, package, and ship orders; use an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner and pallet jack as needed. Stock products and maintain accurate inventory through data entry and inventory management processes. Follow warehouse operations procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Your impact: Accurate shipment handling helps customers and coworkers receive the right products on time. Qualifications Warehouse experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, warehouse distribution, or order fulfillment is helpful; related experience is preferred, not required. Basic math, accurate data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are important. Knowledge of inventory management software, WMS, ERP systems, or material requirements planning (MRP) systems is preferred. Experience with stocking, order picking, picking and packing, and load and unload tasks is an asset.
