Warehouse General Laborer – IT & Hardware Support (bilingual preferred, Spanish Required)

About the Role We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and technically inclined Warehouse General Laborer with IT & Hardware Support responsibilities to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This is a hybrid position that combines general warehouse labor with basic IT support, hardware installation, equipment troubleshooting, and hands-on technical projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, learning new technologies, and supporting different areas of the business. You do not need to be an IT expert, but you should have a natural interest in computers, electronics, and understanding how things work. This is not a traditional desk-based IT position. You will spend time working on the warehouse floor, assisting with daily operations, moving and organizing materials, setting up equipment, and helping maintain the technology used throughout our facility. As our Houston operations continue to expand, this position offers opportunities to develop technical skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow within the company. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & General Labor Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, moving, and preparing materials and products. Load, unload, move, and organize boxes, equipment, supplies, and warehouse materials. Assist with warehouse setup, organization, and improvements to workstations and operational areas. Support production, shipping, receiving, and inventory teams as needed. Help assemble, install, relocate, and maintain warehouse workstations, shelving, and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established warehouse processes, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions. Perform other general labor and operational support tasks as assigned. IT & Hardware Support Assist with setting up, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, monitors, printers, scanners, tablets, and other electronic equipment. Help install and organize cables, computer workstations, networking equipment, and related hardware. Provide basic technical assistance to employees experiencing computer, software, or equipment issues. Support the setup and maintenance of warehouse technology, including barcode scanners, label printers, time clocks, and other production-related devices. Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues involving Wi-Fi, network connections, and peripheral devices. Help configure and prepare computers and devices for new employees. Track, organize, and maintain IT equipment and hardware inventory. Coordinate with internal IT or development teams when technical issues require additional support. Technical Projects & Process Improvements Assist with installing and testing new equipment, hardware, and technology throughout the warehouse. Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes through better equipment organization and technology. Support the implementation of new systems, devices, and internal software tools. Document basic troubleshooting steps, equipment configurations, and setup procedures. Participate in hands-on technical projects as the company grows. Learn new tools, technologies, and systems to support evolving operational needs. Help troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical challenges using practical, creative solutions. Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, general labor, maintenance, or similar hands-on work. Basic knowledge of computers, electronic devices, and common software applications. Comfortable using tools and performing basic equipment assembly or installation. Ability to troubleshoot simple technical or mechanical problems. Willingness to perform physical warehouse work as a regular part of the position.
