Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager Synergy Wetsuits | Minden, NV Full-Time | Salaried | On-Site Salary: $52,000–$62,400 annually, DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Synergy Wetsuits is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to lead our Minden warehouse. We need someone who can manage daily operations while also creating and improving warehouse procedures , especially around inventory control, receiving, fulfillment accuracy, and organization. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse and fulfillment operations Oversee receiving, inventory movement, storage, and shipping Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle-count procedures Improve picking, packing, and shipping processes Create and implement SOPs, checklists, and warehouse controls Investigate inventory discrepancies and recurring errors Train and supervise warehouse staff Manage direct-to-consumer, wholesale, team, and Amazon FBA orders Coordinate UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse What We’re Looking For 4+ years of warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience Strong inventory-control experience Experience creating and implementing new warehouse procedures Experience with cycle counts, receiving, and physical inventory Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail Comfortable working with WMS, ERP, inventory, or shipping systems Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Able to train staff and hold the team accountable to procedures Hands-on and willing to step into daily warehouse tasks when needed Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, barcode scanning, e-commerce fulfillment, apparel, or sporting goods is a plus. What Matters Most We’re looking for someone who has personally improved warehouse operations before. During the interview process, we’ll ask about a procedure or inventory process you created or improved, how you implemented it, and what results you achieved. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday.
