Warehouse Fulfillment Associate – Full Time

Black Mountain Fulfillment is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company providing warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution services for a variety of brands. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, shipping, and general warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, works well independently, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems Replenish inventory and maintain organized pick locations Perform inventory counts and assist with resolving discrepancies Build, wrap, move, and stage pallets Prepare orders for shipment and assist with outbound operations Perform labeling, kitting, FBA preparation, and other fulfillment projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with other warehouse activities as business needs change Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred 3PL experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse technology Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of accuracy, productivity, and reliability in a fulfillment environment. Our warehouse supports multiple clients, so priorities can change throughout the day. The right person will be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to move between different responsibilities as needed.
