Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, order picking, receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate has experience operating stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and attendance. Responsibilities Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Load and unload shipments, receive goods, and move materials to designated storage areas. Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for same-day shipping. Verify product quantities and accuracy using RF scanners and pick lists. Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and put-away activities. Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain required safety logs. Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Perform various warehouse duties as needed and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift and order picker experience required; 2+ years preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to perform multiple warehouse tasks and work mandatory overtime as needed. Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification as required. Steel-toe safety shoes required.
