Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager

Job Summary A growing medical supplies company is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and a delivery fleet of approximately 15 trucks. Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations Manage warehouse employees, drivers, and support staff Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve inventory discrepancies Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Coordinate daily delivery schedules for approximately 15 trucks Monitor routes to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries Ensure orders are prepared and loaded correctly Establish efficient warehouse procedures and workflows Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility Track employee productivity and operational performance Work closely with purchasing, customer service, and management Handle daily operational issues and implement long-term improvements Qualifications: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience required Strong leadership and team-management skills Experience managing inventory and delivery operations Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using inventory and warehouse-management systems Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
