Warehouse/Delivery Driver

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a full-time, minimum 40 hours per week, “on-site”, self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual. This position entails various warehouse duties, performs secondary driver responsibilities, loading of trucks for delivery and reports to the Warehouse Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Main Company delivery driver of products and equipment to customers in local and regional areas · Picking up of product inventory from vendors and customer returns when needed · Building of outgoing trucks for delivery of pipe, equipment and other products · Safely and efficiently loading outgoing at the facility and unloading products at delivery sites · Safely and responsibly operating of yard and truck mounted forklifts, banding, tools and other facility equipment · Ensures all equipment is safely operating before use and is within maintenance guidelines · Receiving, stocking and staging of incoming and on-hand inventory · Warehouse stocking of inventory, order pulling, staging and other various warehouse duties · Yard support for receiving, shipping and loading of inventory · Performing of other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: · Prior and credible delivery experience with varying types of trucks, to include a forklift mounted unit beneficial · Valid driver’s license required with a safe and insurable driving record · Ability to pass designated State licenses and D.O.T. physical requirements · Forklift training provided with the ability to pass forklift certification requirements · Professional interaction abilities and service driven to meet the customer expectations · Above average interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written · Ability to anticipate work needs and multi-tasking activities · Capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment · Basic computer and office equipment skills · Punctual, dependable, and self-driven If you have a strong work ethic, are committed to succeed, and are interested in joining a well-established company, then submit your resume, references, and compensation requirements by email at rburns@industrialsales.us .
