Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for immediate hire at our Waller, TX location. We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse while also providing local deliveries to customers and job sites. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift operating skills, and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle while pulling a trailer. Responsibilities Perform general warehouse duties. Assemble PVC components. Use basic hand and power tools. Pull and pack orders for customer pickup, Amazon, UPS, and LTL shipments. Manage inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels. Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials. Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all materials are accounted for. Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles to transport products to customers and job sites. Load, secure, transport, and unload materials using trailers in accordance with company safety requirements. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule. Maintain delivery documentation, shipping records, and customer receipts as required. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address operational challenges. Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Ability to load, unload, and secure materials for transport. Ability to enter and exit delivery vehicles and trailers multiple times throughout the day. Required Qualifications 2+ years of forklift experience. Pallet jack experience. Warehouse experience. Basic math skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience towing and maneuvering trailers safely. Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review. Experience operating pickup trucks or light-duty commercial vehicles preferred. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
