Warehouse & Data Entry Order Processor

Walts TV is looking for a Warehouse and Order Processing Representative who loves keeping things moving. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where no two days look exactly the same — you'll juggle multiple systems, work with major carriers, and make sure orders get where they need to go, on time, every time. What You'll Do Process orders for shipment across multiple TMS platforms using FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and various freight carriers Manage orders from online marketplaces and hit every processing deadline Communicate clearly via email, internal chat, and phone with customers, carriers, and teammates Monitor and respond quickly to crossdepartment messages Maintain shipping reports and tracking tools Field incoming calls about shipping and receiving Keep customers and internal teams informed on order status Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory Organize stock and keep inventory counts on point Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for defects or damage Check, verify, and fill customer invoices Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running safely every day What You Bring Comfort navigating multiple monitors and switching between systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Sheets Familiarity with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge Comfort operating a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment Bonus points for experience with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart marketplace platforms Sharp attention to detail and a love for a fastpaced environment Reliable, accurate, and deadlinedriven Typing speed of 50+ WPM A positive, teamfirst attitude and eagerness to learn Availability to work weekends and early mornings Strong spoken and written English skills, needed to communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and teammates across departments Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Real opportunities to grow your career A supportive, collaborative team that has your back About Hendley Communications Inc Hendley Communications Inc, d.b.a Walts, has been conducting business in Arizona for over 67 years.
