Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist

Burning Rubber Toy Company is a growing business specializing in die-cast cars and collectibles. We’re seeking a motivated, organized, hands-on team member to support warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and e-commerce. Job Responsibilities ● Pull, pick, sort, pack, and ship orders accurately while maintaining organized inventory. ● Assist customers with product questions, orders, and purchases by phone, email, and in person. ● Support sales in the warehouse, online, and at special events. ● Photograph products and attach accurate listings by uploading product information, photos, and inventory to e-commerce platforms. ● Learn and consistently follow daily procedures, instructions, product details, and other operational requirements. ● Help with daily operations and additional tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For ● Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced small-business environment. ● A fast learner with an excellent memory who can retain and accurately apply tasks, procedures, instructions, product details, and new systems without repeated reminders. ● Strong communication, sales, customer-service, and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn online selling platforms. ● Able to work independently, take initiative, recognize what needs to be done, and remain productive without constant supervision. ● Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work and being on your feet. ● Knowledge of cars, including makes, models, years and variations. As well as being familiar with die-cast cars, brands variations, etc. ● Strong attention to detail when identifying die-cast cars, matching products to inventory, and help with preparing online listings. ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for event-related travel to Los Angeles. Previous warehouse, shipping, e-commerce, online marketplace, automotive, sales, or collectible experience is a prefered. The Ideal Candidate You take ownership, learn quickly, remember and follow instructions accurately, and enjoy helping customers and supporting sales. You have a genuine interest in cars, a strong working knowledge of automotive makes and models, die-cast cars, and the attention to detail needed to manage collectible products and listings.
