The Cloud ConnectorsShape the future of enterprise data orchestration, runtime governance, and AI-driven connectivity.About Us: About Us: Customizable Integrations at Scale Tavio is an enterprise integration platform. Companies like HR technology vendors and supply chain providers use Tavio Studio and Tavio Hub to build, deploy and run the integrations that move data between their business systems, with the governance that automation and AI agents need to run safely. We're a small team, and everyone here has a visible impact on how customers succeed with the platform. About the role We are looking for a Training & Content Specialist to own how customers, partners and employees learn Tavio. You will turn new features and complex platform concepts into learning that people actually use: learning paths, short videos, interactive courses, quick-start guides and live sessions. This is a teaching and content role, not a technical writing role. You will use AI tools every day to draft, script, translate and produce content quickly, and your judgment to make it accurate, clear and engaging. You will also be the friendly face of Tavio learning: you'll run kickoff sessions, host office hours and present product webinars. What You'll DoTraining & Enablement Lead onboarding kickoffs: Run sessions for new customers, partners, and employees, ensuring each learner is assigned the optimal path. Host live office hours: Provide regular, recurring sessions to answer questions, unpack complex concepts, and unblock users on their integrations. Maintain learning paths: Design and continually update targeted curricula for our primary audiences: Hub administrators, Studio builders, and partners. AI-Assisted Content Creation Produce multi-format training: Build interactive web courses, concise how-to videos, quick-start documentation, and knowledge checks for core integration patterns. Leverage modern production workflows: Script, record, voice, and edit product media utilizing AI tools (voiceover, auto-editing, translation) to accelerate turnaround while maintaining high quality. Translate technical specs: Convert R&D release notes and feature specifications into digestible, audience-appropriate learning modules. Lifecycle content management: Keep material synchronized with ongoing product releases and actively deprecate outdated resources. Product Webinars & Launches Deliver recurring events: Plan and host customer- and partner-facing sessions, including "What's new in Tavio" releases and deep-dive technical workshops. Launch enablement: Partner closely with Product and Marketing to deliver comprehensive enablement packages alongside every major release. Knowledge Base & Documentation Curate help center content: Maintain user-facing documentation within our Markdown CMS, ensuring high discoverability, clarity, and deep integration with learning paths. Bridge R&D and end users: Take engineering documentation and re-frame it into accessible, task-oriented self-serve guides. Cross-Functional Collaboration Synthesize user feedback: Interface with Product, R&D, Services, and Support to isolate common friction points and convert them into scalable self-help content. Support go-to-market teams: Supply Sales and Marketing with product demo assets, webinar collateral, and occasional live technical demonstrations. What We're Looking ForMust-Have Experience: 3+ years in customer education, technical training, enablement, or a related customer-facing role—ideally within the B2B SaaS space. Pedagogy & Presentation: Demonstrated ability to unpack complex technical concepts clearly for diverse skill levels, both live and on camera. AI-Assisted Production: Active, practical experience integrating AI utilities into daily workflows (drafting, scripting, synthetic voice, video editing, translation) coupled with rigorous quality assurance. Technical Foundation: Intuitive understanding of integration architecture, data structures (records, fields, JSON), execution flows, and error ha…
