Warehouse Customer Service Associate

Overview We are a business-to-business (B2B) company seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time sales position in a fast-paced environment where you will assist business customers with product selection, order processing, and overall account support. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers in person and over the phone. Schedule: Full-Time (45–55 hours per week) Requirement: Reliable transportation required Key Responsibilities Greet and assist business customers in person, by phone, and through submitted order lists Process walk-in, phone, and pre-submitted orders accurately and efficiently Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery Recommend new or additional products to support customer needs and increase sales Operate POS system, handle transactions, and ensure accurate order processing Stage completed orders in designated pickup/delivery areas Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays Assist with stocking, inventory replenishment, and general store upkeep during slower periods Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience preferred (grocery or similar environment is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Bilingual skills are a plus Leadership or supervisory experience is helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
