Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

About Us We are a small, family-owned company serving businesses throughout the Richmond area with coffee, beverage products, and related supplies. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on position that includes receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, maintaining the warehouse, and making local customer deliveries approximately one day per week. If you are dependable, organized, comfortable staying active throughout the day, and enjoy working as part of a small team, we would like to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep our warehouse organized and ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, unloading products from pallets, stocking and organizing inventory, pulling and packing customer orders, and preparing orders for delivery. You will also help maintain accurate inventory, keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized, and assist with general warehouse operations as needed. Approximately one day per week, you will make local deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. This requires professional and courteous interaction with customers. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a small team Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer for basic warehouse and inventory tasks Good communication and customer-service skills Able to safely lift and move products weighing up to 70 pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully complete a background check Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
