Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate – Hot Springs

Myers Supply is hiring a full-time Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate for our Hot Springs branch at 831 Third St. You'll split your day between helping customers at the counter and keeping the warehouse running: receiving, pulling, and staging orders. Myers Supply has served Arkansas businesses since 1955 with janitorial, sanitation, foodservice, and packaging supplies. Our customers include schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, property managers, and local businesses who count on us to have what they need and get it to them fast. What you'll do Counter sales Greet walk-in customers, answer product questions, and recommend the right products for the job Ring up sales, process payments, and enter orders accurately in our system Take phone and email orders and check stock and pricing for customers Learn our product lines (chemicals, paper, can liners, equipment, foodservice and packaging) well enough to suggest alternatives and add-ons Keep the counter and showroom area clean, stocked, and well organized Warehouse Receive incoming freight, check it against packing lists and POs, and report damages or shortages Pull, pack, and stage orders for will-call pickup and delivery routes Load and unload trucks, using a pallet jack and forklift (we'll train and certify) Put away stock, rotate inventory, and help with cycle counts Prepare stock transfers between our Hot Springs and Little Rock warehouses Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized Other Back up delivery drivers when needed Work with the sales team to make sure customer orders go out complete and on time What we're looking for Required High school diploma or GED 1+ year in retail, counter sales, customer service, or warehouse work Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Basic computer skills and accurate data entry Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screen Nice to have Experience with janitorial, sanitation, or foodservice supplies Forklift certification Experience with an ERP or inventory system Physical requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and reach for most of the shift Work in a warehouse that isn't climate controlled year-round Schedule, pay, and how to apply Schedule: full-time, Monday–Friday, [8 to 4:30] Pay: Per hour, based on experience Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Computer literacy: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
