Warehouse Coordinator

The key role of this position is to provide Warehouse support for the Logistics Department. This role has both physical aspects of warehousing as well as some light office administration work as well. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Loading and unloading equipment Un-boxing of equipment for set-up Help with inventory control & keeping Warehouses clean and organized Help maintain machines and accessories and ensure they are put in the proper place Handle all parts transfer updates and some reporting Care and appearance of equipment Help pull supply orders and package for shipment or in-house delivery truck Help unpack freight for restocking supplies and special orders Back up equipment delivery personnel Regular and reliable attendance and works well with others Education and Experience Requirements: Past warehouse experience is required. Must be a team player and show initiative. This individual must demonstrate, without question, customer service skills, detailed oriented, ability to concentrate on quality of service, outstanding driving record, and willingness to learn other positions in the Logistics. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Must have a professional appearance. This position requires daily lifting of equipment and accessories weighing up to fifty pounds, stooping and bending, use of hand tools, and working with and around electrical equipment up to 70 percent of the time each week. Typical hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires accurate accounting for time and materials. Overtime is sometimes required outside the normal business hours and days. This position is designated as safety-sensitive per the Alcohol and Drug Free policy.
