Warehouse Coordinator

Duties Manage warehouse distribution activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing stock using equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels, update stock records, and facilitate order picking and packing Coordinate order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with customer specifications Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, inventory control, and regular cycle counts Assist with load & unload procedures while adhering to safety protocols using equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners Skilled in shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, as well as inventory stocking techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Ability to perform physical tasks including load & unload activities and order picking with precision Excellent organizational skills with a focus on safety standards and efficiency in fast-paced settings Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
