Warehouse Coordinator

Overview BILINGUAL REQUIRED -SPANISH -ENGLISH-CHINESE/MANDARIN We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics and supply chain team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate distribution activities, and ensure seamless inventory management. Duties Manage warehouse distribution processes, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400 to track inventory levels, process transactions, and generate reports. Coordinate transportation planning and logistics management by working with freight providers, 3PL partners, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and carriers to optimize freight costs and delivery schedules. Conduct data collection and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel data analysis, Tableau, and supply chain analytics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, vendor management, pricing negotiations, and category management to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions. Oversee inventory control practices including stock rotation, manual handling procedures, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional communication among procurement, production planning, customer service, and logistics teams to support demand planning and order fulfillment excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain roles with strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and ERP platforms like SAP or AS400. Demonstrated data analysis skills using Excel (including spreadsheets), SQL queries, Tableau dashboards or similar tools for supply chain analytics. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, freight forwarding (including NVOCC), trade compliance regulations, international trade laws, and customs documentation. Strong negotiation skills paired with vendor management experience; ability to manage procurement processes effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing supplier relationships; experience in cross-functional teams is highly valued.
