Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Atlanta team at American Sound. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, while maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Job Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials and products Ensure accuracy of shipment contents by cross-referencing packing lists with physical items received Organize and store received items in the appropriate locations within the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system as necessary Perform quality checks on received goods to identify and report any discrepancies or damages Assist in the preparation and delivery of outgoing shipments and ensure they are accurately labeled and documented Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Job Requirements: Driver's License High School Diploma or GED 5+ years’ experience in warehouse setting or a related role Experience driving a box truck Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as a sit-down forklift and pallet jack Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Compensation and Details: Pay- $28-30/hr with potential bonus at year end Shift Time and Days- 8am-4:30pm, M-F with rare off hours Benefits include but not limited to: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401k Vacation, PTO, and Paid Holidays
