Warehouse Clerk – Shipping, Receiving & Data Entry

Job Description Mega Logistic Inc. (www.megalogisticinc.com), a growing third-party logistics (3PL) and distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position combines shipping and receiving coordination, driver check-in, data entry, and order processing in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate is computer literate, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Check in drivers, verify shipping documents, and coordinate dock door assignments with warehouse staff. Coordinate inbound receiving, outbound shipments, and container unloading activities. Enter and process purchase orders (POs), receiving transactions, and outbound orders in the WMS. Verify order details, including SKUs, quantities, and customer instructions. Ensure additional warehouse services such as labeling, palletizing, and sorting are accurately recorded. Monitor daily orders, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with warehouse supervisors and Customer Service. Update and close out all completed inbound and outbound orders in the WMS daily. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational records. Assist with inventory verification and other warehouse support duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Strong computer skills and accurate data entry required. Experience with WMS or similar inventory/order-processing systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
