We are a distributor specializing in horticultural and hydroponic products for commercial customers across Canada. This position involves supporting daily warehouse operations while also assisting with customer pick-ups, logistics, and national transportation coordination. Responsibilities Prepare customer orders accurately according to order details Receive, verify, and place merchandise into inventory Safely pack products for shipping Assist customers at the pick-up counter and provide professional customer service Support logistics and shipping coordination Help organize national transportation with carriers Load and unload trucks when required Pick, pack, and organize products in the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with inventory counts when needed Follow internal procedures and health & safety rules Qualifications Experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or customer service role is an asset Good physical condition and ability to lift boxes/products Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Strong teamwork skills Detail-oriented and well organized Comfortable using computer systems Experience with a pallet jack or forklift is an asset French spoken and written; functional English is an asset Conditions Full-time position Day shift, Monday to Friday Salary between $22 and $28/hour , depending on experience Dynamic work environment On-site training provided Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or at info@hydrotekhydroponics.com. Nous sommes un distributeur spécialisé dans les produits horticoles et hydroponiques destinés aux clients commerciaux à travers le Canada. Le poste consiste à participer aux opérations quotidiennes de l’entrepôt, tout en offrant un support au comptoir pick-up, à la logistique et au transport national. Responsabilités Préparer les commandes avec précision selon les bons de commande Recevoir, vérifier et placer la marchandise en inventaire Emballer les produits de façon sécuritaire pour l’expédition Servir les clients au comptoir pick-up et assurer un bon service à la clientèle Coordonner certaines tâches liées à la logistique et aux expéditions Participer à l’organisation du transport national avec les transporteurs Charger et décharger les camions au besoin Effectuer le picking et le rangement des produits dans l’entrepôt Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et organisé Participer aux décomptes d’inventaire lorsque nécessaire Respecter les procédures internes et les règles de santé et sécurité Qualifications recherchées Expérience en entrepôt, expédition/réception, logistique ou service à la clientèle, un atout Bonne forme physique et capacité à soulever des charges Être fiable, ponctuel et avoir une bonne attitude Capacité à travailler en équipe Souci du détail et bonne organisation Aisance avec les systèmes informatiques Exp&eacut…
