Responsibilities Assist with order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels and process transactions Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring proper placement of goods for easy access and inventory accuracy Support warehouse distribution tasks by preparing packages with appropriate packaging materials for shipment Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities, weights, and measurements during order processing Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution practices Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts or reach trucks Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable Experience with order picking, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving processes, and e-commerce logistics Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations Join us in creating a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills contribute directly to our success!
