Warehouse Clerk

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy and organization, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Receive, count, and store incoming shipments Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Perform regular inventory audits and stock checks. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify order accuracy and ensure timely delivery. Generate shipping labels and documents. Maintain records of shipments and receipts. Coordinate with other warehouse staff and departments. Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers when needed. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines. Follow proper procedures for equipment use and maintenance. Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Previous working experience as a warehouse worker or in similar environment. Skill in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects; 50+ lbs or more on occasion.
