Warehouse & Loading Associate _ >> Apply in person at Nixa Hardware & Seed, Monday–Saturday 8 AM–6 PM. _ We’re looking for a reliable team member to help with loading and assisting customers, and maintaining warehouse organization. Main duties include verifying and loading bagged and palletized product. Role and Responsibilities Load customer orders accurately and verify receipts with customers. Check and confirm deliveries you sign for or unload. Follow Nixa Hardware’s loading policies. Assist with seed inventory, tagging, and mixing. Report product shortages to management. Keep warehouses clean, organized, and safe. Remove snow and spread ice melt as needed. Secure gates, doors, vehicles, and products after hours. Work may involve exposure to weather, dust, chemicals, and pollen.
