This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong eye for detail, and are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this position, you’ll operate specialized edge-sanding equipment to refine cabinet components and ensure clean, consistent edges that meet Bellmont’s quality standards. Who You Are You’re a motivated Roba-Tech Operator with a solid foundation in surface preparation and an eye for detail, seeking a role on a high-performing team where quality matters. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to grow with a company that values teamwork and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Operate a Roba-Tech edge-sanding machine to finish cabinet component edges. Load and unload parts, monitor the sanding process, and inspect components for quality. Enter basic part information into the machine and make routine adjustments. Identify surface imperfections or sanding issues and determine appropriate corrections. Safely operate tools and equipment to support sanding department needs as required. Load finished components into carts and prepare them for transfer to the next stage of production. Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality. Maintain your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
