Warehouse Associate – Receiving, Shipping & Sorting

3C Environmental Solutions Inc. is hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support our electronics recycling and IT asset disposition operations. This is a general warehouse position that may rotate between receiving, outbound shipping, sorting, inventory, equipment testing, and other warehouse tasks based on daily operational needs. Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred, but training may be provided to candidates who are reliable and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials Sort electronics, IT equipment, components, and recyclable materials Prepare, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments Verify quantities, pallet labels, serial numbers, and shipping information Move materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment Maintain accurate receiving, sorting, and outbound records Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow supervisor instructions, safety procedures, and company standards Assist in different warehouse departments as operational needs change Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, sorting, or inventory experience is preferred Forklift experience or certification is a plus Able to follow instructions and work accurately Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks Able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Comfortable rotating between different warehouse assignments Basic English communication skills required Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required Experience with electronics, computers, recycling, or IT equipment is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, flexible, and willing to learn.
