Warehouse Associate - Receiving, Picking & Packing
WH SourcingWH Sourcing is a fast-growing e-commerce company in Lakewood, NJ. We're building out our receiving and shipping teams and are looking for reliable Warehouse Associates who take ownership of their work and get the job done on time. What you'll do: Receive inbound shipments and customer returns, check items in, and inspect condition Label, sort, and put away inventory in the correct bin locations Pick orders accurately from pick lists / scanners Pack and prepare orders for shipping with the right box, packaging, and labels Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Help out wherever needed across receiving and shipping What we're looking for: 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, or shipping) Punctual and reliable - you show up on time, every shift Quick, accurate worker who stays calm under pressure Strong multitasker and go-getter Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for a full shift Comfortable working mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor work Must have a valid ID Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why join us: Growing company with room to move up as our teams expand Steady, hands-on work with a supportive team Pay: $17 - $23 per hour, based on experience Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Language: English (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
