Warehouse Associate – Picking & Shipping
M&M Tool & MachineryOverview M&M Tool and Machinery is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our warehouse team. If you like staying busy, working with a good team, and taking pride in getting things done right, this could be a great fit. We sell tools, machinery, parts, and accessories to customers throughout Utah and across the country. Our warehouse team is a critical part of our business—making sure every customer receives the right product, packed correctly, and shipped on time. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our warehouse team to: Pick products accurately for customer orders Verify item numbers and quantities before shipping Pack products safely and securely Prepare and label packages for shipment Help receive and put away incoming inventory Keep warehouse shelves and work areas clean and organized Assist with inventory counts and product location accuracy Work together with the team to get orders out on time Jump in and help wherever needed What We're Looking For Attention to detail is extremely important in this role. We carry thousands of tools and parts, and many can look very similar. We need someone who takes the time to make sure the correct product is going to the correct customer. We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Pays close attention to details Works well as part of a team Can stay organized while working at a good pace Takes ownership of their work and mistakes Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day Can safely lift and move boxes and products Is willing to learn about tools, parts, and warehouse operations Has a positive attitude and is willing to help teammates Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
