Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our logistics operation! Duties Use RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to accurately pick items for customer orders Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, perform stock replenishment, and update records Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before shipping Support shipping & receiving processes by organizing incoming stock and preparing outgoing shipments Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, including order picking and packing Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying orders Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, safe equipment operation, and proper manual handling techniques Prior warehouse experience is a plus ; a proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork is essential Join us in creating a fast-paced environment where your skills in picking & packing make a real impact!
