Warehouse Associate/ Picker / Packer

Duties Use barcode scanners and RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing materials handling areas, and conducting regular stock checks using warehouse management systems. Prepare orders with precision by selecting items according to order specifications and packing them securely for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and updating inventory records accordingly. Skills Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management practices. Ability to perform order picking & packing accurately while maintaining quality control standards. Excellent manual handling skills with an understanding of safety protocols including PPE use. Basic math skills for counting inventory items, measuring quantities, and verifying shipments.
