Warehouse Labourer Location: Hagersville, ON Employment Type: Full‑Time Work Location: In Person This role is currently open due to an existing vacancy. Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Labourer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Warehouse Labourer to help support the efficient movement, handling, and storage of goods within the warehouse. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills with warehouse systems, and logistics procedures while contributing to a thriving team environment. Key Responsibilities · Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. · Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately. · Move, sort, and store products and materials within the warehouse. · Pick, assemble, and verify orders using our Warehouse Management System (DAX 2009). · Receive shipments from suppliers and assist customers with pickups. · Complete and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. · Rotate stock and perform inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. · Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and training requirements. · Support the team with other warehouse-related duties as needed. Qualifications · Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience is an asset. · Forklift certification and experience operating lift trucks is preferred. · Comfortable working in a cold refrigerated environment. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Positive attitude and strong work ethic. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a warehouse environment. · Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems are considered an asset.
