About the Role GrowthSpoke is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that helps businesses get their products where they need to go. In this role, you'll help prepare customer orders, organize inventory, package products, and ensure items are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Assist with product kitting, assembly, and repackaging. Receive, sort, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. Verify products and order quantities to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow established procedures to complete orders accurately and on time. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to stay organized and complete tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions. Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience is a plus but not required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Position requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and active movement throughout the shift. Work is performed in a heated warehouse environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with the ability to push, pull, squat, and carry as required by the task. Closed-toe shoes that fully cover the foot are required at all times in the warehouse. What We Offer Competitive pay of $15-17 per hour. Part-time flexibility, with up to 30 hours per week.
