Responsibilities Operate electric and manual pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments with proper manual handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols and PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and organizing outbound deliveries. Support warehouse operations such as packaging products securely for shipment, performing quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely while following proper techniques. Zoho Inventory skills is highly preferred. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring quantities, and verifying shipments accurately. Prior experience in warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, stock management or distribution is highly preferred.
