Warehouse Associate (Inbound & Outbound)
ShipNinjaShipNinja is a New Jersey–based 3PL startup handling fulfillment for online sellers. We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate to help with both inbound and outbound operations. What You’ll Do: Inbound: Receive shipments, scan and check in items through our mobile app, confirm SKU/size/quantity/condition, label, and place in storage Outbound: Pick, pack, and prep orders for shipment accurately and on time Keep the inbound and outbound areas clean and organized Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or delays Help wherever needed — it’s a startup environment, things shift fast Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day Semi-flexible: pick a 5-hour slot anytime between 8 AM – 5 PM Possibility of additional hours and weekend shifts when volume picks up Reliable attendance is required Must-Haves: Reliable iPhone — our system runs on it and will be used throughout your entire shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable adapting as processes change (startup environment) Pay: $15.92/hour (NJ minimum wage), paid bi-weekly Room to grow as the company scales Nice to Have: Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stocking experience Familiarity with scanning apps or inventory systems Pay: $15.92 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: On-the-job training Work Location: In person
