Warehouse Associate - II

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for pulling and putting away parts, ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. May also operate heavy machinery, or drive equipment, such as a reacher and cherry picker. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties and Responsibilities: Will include, but not limited to: · Put away parts that have arrived from receiving · Pull parts needed to complete orders · Good communication with other departments to pull and cover any last minute orders · Move inventory and materials across facilities or to inspection · Process inventory for delivery · Count in-coming inventory shipments · Assist in product inventory · Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location · Package items and label correctly · Scan delivered items and ensure quality · Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors · Stack and organize large bulk items · Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location · Update logs and documentation for inventory processing · Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations · Wear safety gear at all times · Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory · Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping preferred · Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles · Prepare documentation and inventory for audits · Conduct cycle counting, reconciliation, movement and consolidation. Qualifications: Learn from on the job training and able to perform tasks in training Ability to work with little supervision Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations · 6+ months of warehouse background Physical Requirements: Able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the entire course of the shift Able to lift 30-40 pounds Able to pull, push, steer, grasp and swing crates into recycle bin with both arms Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Required) Forklift: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
