Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in warehouse operations. Responsibilities Build and assemble orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality. Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling practices. Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently. Utilize RF scanners for inventory control, tracking stock levels, and updating records in the warehouse management system. Participate in order fulfillment processes, picking items accurately based on customer orders. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals. Skills Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management is preferred. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Basic understanding of inventory control processes is beneficial.
