Responsibilities Put away inventory accurately using established warehouse procedures. Pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory organization and location maintenance. Support inventory consolidation and basic inventory adjustments as directed. Pull and stage customer orders accurately. Package products according to established procedures. Support basic shipping activities. Ensure products are handled and packaged to prevent damage. Utilize warehouse equipment including: RF scanners Work-assist vehicles Pallet jacks Scales Label printers Other approved material handling equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support receiving, shipping, inventory, and operational activities as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, crane, or order pickers; certification is a plus Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Familiarity with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper use of PPE Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us in creating a safe, efficient, and energized warehouse environment!
