Warehouse Associate - Full-Time
MARGARET O'LEARY, INC.POSITION SUMMARY: Margaret O'Leary is a San Francisco based women's knitwear brand known for thoughtfully designed, high-quality sweaters and apparel. We sell wholesale, retail and online, and our warehouse keeps it all moving. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy in both receiving inventory and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack purchase orders, replenishment, and e-commerce orders accurately and on time Scan items with handheld barcode scanners to confirm style, color, size, and quantity Receive incoming shipments: unload, count, check against packing lists and POs, and flag discrepancies Ship outbound orders to stores and customers, including preparing labels and paperwork Put away and organize inventory so everything is easy to find Handle garments with care to keep product in excellent condition Help with cycle counts and physical inventories Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Qualifications: 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or stockroom experience preferred Strong attention to detail; you take accuracy seriously Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic computer systems Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for a full shift Dependable, punctual, and a good team player Apparel or retail inventory experience is a plus Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm only Compensation & Perks: Employee discounts on Margaret O’Leary products Paid time off and holidays Health Benefits Supportive, team-oriented environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: San Francisco, CA 94124 (Required) Work Location: In person
