Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Daily preparation, receiving, picking, and shipping of multiple orders Inventory control, cycle counts, and management of stock accuracy Pulling and staging individual work orders in a timely manner Operating WAV lifts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely Unloading containers of private-label inventory and organizing storage Driving company straight truck and van to various locations, including our annex building and company events such as the Minnesota State High School League and State Fair Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Cross-training in multiple warehouse functions to support flexibility and team coverage Assisting other departments when needed to ensure overall company success Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Valid driver’s license and DOT medical certification required to operate company straight truck Ability to lift objects weighing between 50–60 pounds Intermediate computer skills (inventory software, shipping systems, MS Office) Strong punctuality, reliability, and efficiency Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and shipping Willingness to cross-train and adapt to different operational areas Benefits Signature Concepts offers comprehensive benefits to full-time employees, including: 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off and holiday pay Employee discounts Referral program Schedule Full-time Day shift, Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Work Location: In person
