Most moving jobs want a strong back. We want people who are going somewhere. Give us two years of real work and we will give you the licenses, leadership reps, money habits and references that move you forward. Maybe that means running a crew here. Pay Movers: $20 to $24 an hour to start, plus tips Experienced crew leads: $27 to $33 an hour, plus tips Paid training from day one Raises come from hitting the steps on the path below, not from how long you've been around What you'll do You'll work two kinds of moves. Unicorn moves families into new homes. Bluepoint moves offices, installs furniture and relocates labs and medical spaces for businesses. You'll pack, protect, load, drive, set up, and take care of people on one of the most stressful days of their year. Every job gets graded by the customer, and you'll see your scores. Your two-year path Week 1: The Academy. Seven paid days learning to pack, wrap, lift, load a truck and handle customers. You certify before you ride on a live job. Months 1 to 6: Certified Mover. Prove you can hit our standard on real jobs, and start learning to drive the truck. Months 6 to 12: Lead in training. Run jobs with a lead next to you, then on your own. Start learning how jobs get quoted, scheduled and staffed. Year 2: Crew Lead, or a new seat. Lead your own crew, or move into estimating, sales, dispatch or operations. You'll learn how the business actually makes money. Your launch. Whatever's next, we back it with a real reference, introductions, résumé help, and a sit-down on your business plan if you're starting your own. What we invest in you A look inside the business. You'll see how a move gets priced, sold, scheduled and staffed, and what it really costs to put a truck and a crew on the road. Most people in this industry never see that side. You will. If you have an idea, we'll talk it through with you, look over your plan, and tell you what we learned the hard way.
