Role Description The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing electrical products and materials. Typical duties include unloading deliveries, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining organized inventory and storage areas. The Warehouse Associate will operate warehouse equipment as needed, follow safety procedures, and work closely with team members and drivers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position may also involve basic documentation and data entry related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Qualifications Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying orders and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Packing and Unloading tasks to ensure safe, efficient handling of products. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack in accordance with safety standards. Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment procedures. Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and commitment to safe work practices. Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
