We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, preparing, and putting away event rental inventory. This includes handling linens, preparing customer orders, processing returned rental items, and ensuring our warehouse remains clean and organized. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Clean, inspect, sort, and organize event rental items after they are returned. Prepare, fold, count, and package linens for customer orders. Inspect linens and other rental products for cleanliness, damage, and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare rental orders accurately and on time. Receive returned orders, verify quantities, and return items to their designated storage locations. Maintain organized shelving, storage areas, and inventory. Assist with loading and unloading rental orders. Identify damaged, missing, or improperly returned items. Ensure all rental products are clean, presentable, and ready for the next customer. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties. Work with other team members to meet daily order preparation and turnaround deadlines. Qualifications We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. Takes pride in completing tasks properly and efficiently. Has excellent attention to detail. Is organized and able to follow established procedures. Can work independently and as part of a team. Is comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically active work. Can safely lift and move rental products and equipment. Can manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed. Previous Experience Is an Asset, but Not Required: Warehouse or inventory experience. Picking and packing customer orders. Laundry, linen handling, or hospitality experience. Event rental or party rental experience. Shipping and receiving. We are willing to train the right person.
