Warehouse Associate - eCommerce - Women's Clothing

Hello Boutique is an established e-commerce company in the women's apparel market. We have a warehouse and showroom in Guilford, CT, and are in need of a warehouse associate. The work will involve mainly shipping (pick, pack, ship), receiving, and inventorying. Excellent attention to detail is required. We use ShipStation to generate mailing labels, and custom web admin software for order and inventory management. Problem solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication, are important. The ability and desire to work independently is a must. Concern for neatness in packing is also critical. Frequent light lifting (up to 30 pounds) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required. This is a contract position. You will not be a company employee. However, there's the potential to become an employee, as well as for advancement, as the company grows. The pay rate is $22 - $28 per hour, depending on suitability and experience. Work shifts will be scheduled based on business needs, estimated between 75 and 150 hours per month. Shifts are generally 9:30 – 4. There will be scheduling flexibility in case you need days off.
