Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage daily receiving, stocking, inventory control, and issuing of tools, parts, and supplies. The role requires basic computer skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming goods, tools, and equipment. Issue parts, tools, and supplies to employees while maintaining accurate transaction records. Update inventory data using Excel and inventory management systems. Perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory replenishment. Organize storeroom shelves, bins, and storage areas to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Identify damaged, missing, or misplaced items and report discrepancies. Restock point-of-use areas with janitorial supplies, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Provide customer-facing support and respond to requests for parts and supplies. Operate pallet jacks when needed and follow all workplace safety procedures. Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned. Requirements At least 3 months of relevant warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience, or equivalent training. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn inventory management systems. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify tools, parts, and equipment; mechanical aptitude is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally without assistance. Reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Steel-toe shoes with internal metatarsal protection are required.
