Warehouse Associate

Duties Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound shipments using warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, and packaging tools Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies Delivery of goods to jobsites Uphold safety standards in warehouse operations by following proper procedures for stocking, order picking, and equipment use Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) highly valued Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data entry and reporting purposes Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, weights, and measurements Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy and order fulfillment Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
