Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Duties Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments using warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing inventory management software Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and labeling of products Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to uphold accuracy Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and preparing shipping documentation Assist in warehouse layout organization to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management software Ability to operate forklift certifications or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory records Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
